When items purchased through Bello Lane arrive, each piece is carefully received, checked in, and connected to the correct client, project, and purchase order.

We inspect each piece for visible damage, missing parts, incorrect items, finish issues, packaging concerns, or any other problem that may need to be addressed before the product is turned over to our client.

This inspection process helps protect the order before it reaches the project site, showroom, staging install, retail floor, or client’s home.

Claims Management Handled Through Bello Lane

When damage, defects, shortages, or incorrect items occur, Bello Lane manages the claims process for products purchased through us.

Because Bello Lane is the purchasing partner and purchaser of record, we can communicate directly with the vendor or freight carrier to pursue the appropriate resolution quickly. This may include repair approval, replacement, missing part requests, or other vendor-supported solutions.

Our clients do not have to manage the claim, negotiate with the vendor, or spend time following up on damage resolution. Bello Lane carries those details because our receiving process is connected to the full purchasing and fulfillment system.
